Data Science Expert

Work and Technical Experience:

Essential Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience developing scalable production applications.
• Hands-on experience with ML and data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of LLM architectures (GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA), embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), FAISS/Elasticsearch, and vector databases.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and model deployment tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of SQL and data pipelines for feature engineering and inference.
• Proven track record of delivering real-world, production-grade AI solutions.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with agentic workflows and model orchestration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, API design, microservices, and distributed systems
• Experience implementing automated testing and monitoring for ML/LLM services

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field; master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML applications
