We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with over 4 years of professional experience to join our growing analytics and AI-driven team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, combined with strong problem-solving abilities and business acumen. You will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to generate actionable insights, build predictive models, and optimize decision-making across the organization.

This role demands a mix of technical proficiency, creativity, and business sense. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders—to design and implement data-driven solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Exploration
• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the analytics pipeline.
• Model Development & Machine Learning
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address business problems.
• Apply advanced statistical methods and algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, recommendation, and natural language processing.
• Optimize and validate models using cross-validation, performance metrics, and real-world testing.
• Business Insights & Decision Support
• Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Partner with business units to drive data-informed strategies that enhance growth and efficiency.
• Collaboration & Innovation
• Work closely with data engineers to design scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning to continuously innovate.
• Process Improvement & Governance
• Promote best practices in data science, including reproducibility, version control, and model monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to developing frameworks, tools, and methodologies that streamline analytics initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Solid knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present complex results in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
