Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning (for mid-level roles).
• Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.
• Hands-on experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases.
• Exposure to time series analysis, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision is a plus.
• Experience in big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ø Work in the machine learning team as an individual contributor, building, testing and deploying our models.
• Ø Familiar with several ML techniques and have both theoretical ML knowledge and experience implementing different types of solutions.
• Ø Proficient in Python topics, focus on: List, dictionary set, lambda function, decorator function, Generators, memory allocation, Sorting algorithm…
• Ø Have a good understanding of the ecosystem of tools and libraries supporting ML development (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch etc).
• Ø Experience in performing Exploratory data analysis & background in Statistics
• Ø Prior experience working with time series modelling and industrial or IoT data.
• Ø Experience in any of: systems dynamics modelling, model predictive control, Reinforcement Learning, system identification or Bayesian statistics.
• Ø Prior experience working on Industrial AI or manufacturing domains, preferably cement, metals, oil & gas, thermodynamic process or heavy process industries.
• Ø Prior experience in writing unit testcase.
• Ø Contribute to technical innovation, problem solving across the machine learning lifecycle.
• Ø Collaborate with the product team on customer projects, planning, designing and delivering the work packages required, as well as playing a significant role in the development of our wider product.
• Ø Help establish best practices, improving our internal processes.
• Ø Contribute to the design and implementation of robust, maintainable and scalable machine learning systems.
• Ø Working in a fast-paced startup environment, with an agile process.
