Data Scientist

EjadTech is seeking a professional Data Scientist to act as a technical and strategic partner. The role involves extracting value from big data and transforming it into actionable insights that support decision-making and solve complex business challenges for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex business challenges into actionable data science projects and technical models.
• Manage the end-to-end data lifecycle, including extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
• Develop, train, and validate advanced Machine Learning models and predictive algorithms.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and create visualizations to communicate patterns clearly.
• Build and deploy scalable analytical solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and system integration.

Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R and advanced SQL querying.
• Proven track record in applying Machine Learning frameworks.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing technology environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Exceptional Data Storytelling skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-experts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern data engineering practices.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
