Role Overview

The Data Scientist will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to support business strategies. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
• Visualize data insights through dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Stay updated on emerging data science tools, techniques, and trends.
• Provide recommendations to improve business performance and efficiency.
• Support integration of AI and advanced analytics into company systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
