Summary of the Role

We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our Offer Optimization team, developing models and data pipelines for Dynamic Pricing and Revenue Management applications in the airline industry. You’ll work with large datasets, advanced algorithms, and real-time systems to help airlines optimize pricing and maximize revenue. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experts in mathematics, modeling, and cloud technologies, contributing to innovative solutions in a fast-evolving business environment.

In This Role You’ll

• Analyze user requirements and design technical solutions for Dynamic Pricing and Revenue Management applications.

• Develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and algorithms to transform data into actionable insights.

• Train and calibrate machine learning models, and enhance existing algorithms for real-time price optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Support product validation, conduct performance testing, and provide technical expertise to stakeholders.

About the Ideal Candidate

• 6-9 years of experience applying data science techniques such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, or high-performance computing.

• Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or PySpark, with experience in applied machine learning (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, XGBoost).
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark), data engineering, and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks is a plus).
• Strong skills in SQL, MongoDB, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Interest in mathematics, modeling, and developing algorithms for complex business scenarios.
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate technical concepts clearly, and adapt to a dynamic, innovative environment.
