As a Data Scientist within the CRM & Loyalty team, you’ll transform customer and operational data into powerful strategies that elevate how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base. You will own and be the champion of measurement and advanced analytics, uncovering hidden patterns that drive smarter decisions and tangible resul

This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence key decisions, fuel loyalty innovation, and shape the customer journey across our e-commerce platform, mobile app, retail stores and b2b accounts. Beyond CRM & Loyalty, you’ll also partner with cross-functional teams to address strategic challenges in retail operations, pricing & promotions, category strategy, and B2B performance — solving high-value business problems with d
