Data Scientist (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and impact-oriented Senior Data Scientist to join our advanced analytics team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex, end-to-end data science projects—from design and modeling to deployment and integration. You will play a key role in shaping our airline’s digital retail transformation and revenue optimization strategy using the latest in machine learning, AI, and real-time analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end data science projects, including model design, development, deployment, and monitoring in production environments
• Collaborating with integration engineers to manage testing workflows and production rollouts
• Designing and implementing models for dynamic pricing and optimization (prior experience is a strong plus)
• Building ML models for dynamic bundling and product recommendation systems
• Contributing to revenue management initiatives as part of the Modern Airline Retailing transformation
• Participating in exploratory projects involving chatbots, generative media (visuals/videos), and Agentic AI, based on evolving business needs
• Analyzing existing datasets to develop decision support systems and advanced analytical models
• Performing application-level integrations when needed to support end-to-end solution delivery
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI roles
• Strong command of machine learning, predictive modeling, and optimization techniques
• Proficiency in Python and key data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with production-grade model deployment and monitoring
• Familiarity with SQL, Airflow, and version control tools such as Git (BitBucket)
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, ideally OpenShift)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across data, engineering, and business teams
