Data Service Manager

- Redesign ad-hoc request handling with ticketing & SLAs
- Ensure robust data validation & quality checks before delivery
- Implement automation tools to reduce manual effort
- Translate recurring requests into glossaries & data products
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the MIS team for optimal resource allocation
- Coach and develop team to enhance capability
- Enable growth by delegating effectively and building team ownership
- Manage and resolve conflict constructively

Demonstrate emotional intelligence in people leadership.
- 9-10 years in MIS, BI, or Data Analytics (3+ years in leadership)
- Strong knowledge of databases, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle OAS)
- Hands-on experience with automation & workflow tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Good understanding of data governance & metadata management
