Redesign ad-hoc request handling with ticketing & SLAs

Ensure robust data validation & quality checks before delivery

Implement automation tools to reduce manual effort

Translate recurring requests into glossaries & data products

Manage stakeholder communication and expectations

Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the MIS team for optimal resource allocation

Coach and develop team to enhance capability

Enable growth by delegating effectively and building team ownership

Manage and resolve conflict constructively

Demonstrate emotional intelligence in people leadership.
Requirements
-
9-10 years in MIS, BI, or Data Analytics (3+ years in leadership)
-
Strong knowledge of databases, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle OAS)
-
Hands-on experience with automation & workflow tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
-
Good understanding of data governance & metadata management
-
Excellent communication, collaboration, & leadership skills with a focus on inclusivity.
