Data Specialist / Excel Expert

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power Bi and other software to oversee the efficient organization and management of our organization databases. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Excel functionalities, data manipulation, and reporting techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Excel-based databases to store and organize critical business data.
• Oversee accurate and timely data entry into Excel databases.
• Develop data validation protocols to minimize errors and inconsistencies.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Create and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform data analysis and generate insights from Excel data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop automated reporting processes to streamline data delivery.
• Cleanse and transform raw data within Excel using advanced techniques such as formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query.
• Standardize data formats and resolve inconsistencies to improve data quality.
• Leverage advanced Excel functions and macros to enhance database functionality and automation.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand Excel-related requirements and provide solutions.
• Assist users in troubleshooting Excel-related issues and provide guidance on best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience as a Data Specialist with a focus on Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data validation and cleansing within Excel.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Job Shift: 7PM- 4AM/ Night Shift, On-site
Office Location: Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
