Data Monitor - Protected Mobility Vehicle Command Centre

Location: Region-Based (Central Region – Riyadh)
Reports to: PMV Command Center Manager
Language: Strong English is mandatory

Role Summary

The Data Monitor is responsible for monitoring all Command Center dashboards in real time and issuing timely alerts to Regional Executors across all sites. The role ensures data accuracy, operational visibility, and immediate escalation of abnormal behaviors across fleet, GPS, job cards, breakdowns, and maintenance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all live dashboards (GPS, location, engine hours, idling, fuel, breakdowns, job card status, and equipment readiness).
• Track GPS events including:
• External Power Loss
• Idling Long Time
• Long Parking
• Equipment movement between sites
• Monitor Job Card workflow end-to-end: opening, approval flow, execution, closing, and compliance with SOP.
• Issue real-time alerts to Regional Executors for any abnormal event or non-compliance.
• Follow up with all regions to ensure corrective actions are taken on time.
• Validate diesel readings and fuel efficiency indicators, ensure anomalies are escalated.
• Review cost details and job card summaries to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Update daily/weekly reports for PMV Command Center use.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance teams, and storekeepers to ensure timely flow of information.
• Perform office-based coordination tasks including preparing reports, Excel sheets, and documentation.
• Support Command Center Planning team with administrative and reporting tasks.

Technical Requirements

• Strong background in heavy equipment or ready-mix fleet operations (mandatory).
• Understanding of GPS systems, engine hours, idling patterns, and fleet utilization.
• Strong Excel skills (lookup, pivot, formulas).
• Ability to analyses dashboards and identify abnormal behaviors.
• Strong communication skills to deal with multiple regions simultaneously.
• English proficiency (must).
