Education:
Master’s/Bachelor’s in Social Sciences/Statistics/Economics/Public Policy
Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience in managing field-level collection of quantitative and qualitative data for M&E required.
Job Responsibilities

Collect, analyze and manage diverse data in a timely and efficient manner

Conduct regular monitoring of all the project activities ensuring adherence to the approved work plans

Ensure compliance to the key performance indicators for each project intervention

Work closely with project team members for timely and efficient delivery of all education initiatives in accordance with the British Council’s standards.

Utilize findings for adaptive management and continuous learning.

Assist in coordinating across project components to ensure effective implementation of M&E.

Support the development of district level progress reports including monthly and quarterly updates.

Provide on-the-job support to field staff on the use of M&E tools and systems.

Contribute to maintenance of M&E records and documentation at district level.

Ensure adherence to ITA and British Council code of conduct, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with Safeguarding and PSEA policies.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Key Skills And Competencies
The M&E Officer should have effective leadership, interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills, good knowledge of program management methods; credibility to advise program teams in relation to monitoring and evaluation. Should be able to use statistical software efficiently.
