Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Location : Bahawalpur

Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Social Sciences/Statistics/Economics/Public Policy

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing field-level collection of quantitative and qualitative data for M&E required.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and manage diverse data in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct regular monitoring of all the project activities ensuring adherence to the approved work plans
• Ensure compliance to the key performance indicators for each project intervention
• Work closely with project team members for timely and efficient delivery of all education initiatives in accordance with the British Council’s standards.
• Utilize findings for adaptive management and continuous learning.
• Assist in coordinating across project components to ensure effective implementation of M&E.
• Support the development of district level progress reports including monthly and quarterly updates.
• Provide on-the-job support to field staff on the use of M&E tools and systems.
• Contribute to maintenance of M&E records and documentation at district level.
• Ensure adherence to ITA and British Council code of conduct, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with Safeguarding and PSEA policies.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
  
  

Key Skills And Competencies

The M&E Officer should have effective leadership, interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills, good knowledge of program management methods; credibility to advise program teams in relation to monitoring and evaluation. Should be able to use statistical software efficiently.
