Summary: As a Data Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy and architecture. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance the management, governance, and security of information. You will work towards enabling organizations to establish a single source of truth for all data, facilitating the translation of information into actionable insights that drive efficiency and competitive advantage. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and challenges. - Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala. - Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices. - Experience with data management tools and technologies. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Familiarity with data security protocols and governance frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Scala. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
