Database Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with a strong background in enterprise systems and database technologies, including Fundware, Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, MySQL, and .NET-based platforms. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with in-house developed applications such as the Negative Rent System, as well as tools like Manage Engine – Service Desk and other enterprise-level software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Office 365, File Servers, and SharePoint.
• Deliver technical support for web hosting services.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing for current and future software developments.
• Administer and maintain SQL-based databases, including backup, optimization, restoration, and truncation.
• Support and maintain business applications such as Fundware, Yardi Voyager, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application performance and data integrity.
• Generate reports and insights using Microsoft Power BI and other business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in application and database administration.
• Manage communications (speak, read and write) in Spanish and English languages.

Certifications:

• Certifications such as MOS Expert and MCSD, or equivalent are required.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
