Location: Rawalpindi (On-Premise)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SQL Server DBA with hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to manage, maintain, and optimize our databases. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Financials, Supply Chain, and Fixed Assets modules of Oracle EBS and possess strong SQL Server administration skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance database architectures
• Define data models, schemas, standards, and best practices
• Evaluate and select appropriate database technologies (SQL / NoSQL / Cloud)
• Ensure data integrity, availability, security, and compliance
• Optimize database structures for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Work closely with software engineers, DBAs, and stakeholders to align data architecture with business needs
• Plan and oversee database migrations, upgrades, and integrations
• Establish governance, documentation, and data management policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Database Architect or Senior DBA
• Strong expertise in data modeling and database design
• In-depth knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Plus):

• Experience with big data technologies and data warehousing
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines
• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems
