Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and extract data from tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and other prospecting or CRM tools.
- Create and maintain a structured database of company contacts, leads, and prospects.
- Conduct regular updates and data cleaning to ensure accuracy and eliminate duplicates or outdated records.
- Perform data segmentation based on industry, region, or category as per project needs.
- Generate weekly and monthly database status reports and analytics for management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data supports campaign and outreach requirements.
- Track data source performance and suggest tools or improvements for better lead quality.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and GDPR policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in database management, data entry, or lead generation.
- Experience using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with data enrichment and validation tools.
- Ability to generate insights and actionable reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wanowarie, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
