Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and extract data from tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and other prospecting or CRM tools.
  • Create and maintain a structured database of company contacts, leads, and prospects.
  • Conduct regular updates and data cleaning to ensure accuracy and eliminate duplicates or outdated records.
  • Perform data segmentation based on industry, region, or category as per project needs.
  • Generate weekly and monthly database status reports and analytics for management.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data supports campaign and outreach requirements.
  • Track data source performance and suggest tools or improvements for better lead quality.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and GDPR policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in database management, data entry, or lead generation.
  • Experience using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and validation tools.
  • Ability to generate insights and actionable reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wanowarie, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Database management: 2 years (Preferred)
