Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily center operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to safety protocols
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to promote a motivated and professional team
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements
  • Coordinate curriculum implementation that supports early childhood education, preschool activities, and developmental milestones
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians through clear communication and responsive service
  • Manage enrollment processes, billing, and recordkeeping related to childcare services
  • Ensure the center provides a nurturing environment conducive to infant care, toddler care, and preschool learning experiences

Skills

  • Proven experience in childcare settings with classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool environments
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in daycare management
  • Ability to lead and manage a team with effective classroom management and behavior management skills
  • First aid certification and experience with emergency response procedures
  • Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs; knowledge of special education strategies is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills for handling administrative tasks such as licensing compliance, documentation, and scheduling
  • Compassionate caregiver with experience in babysitting, nannying or caregiving roles involving infants, toddlers, or young children

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
