Daycare Assistant

```Duties:```
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the daycare facility.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play.
- Implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs.
- Provide support to the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans.
- Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and cleaning up.
- Change diapers and assist with potty training as needed.
- Monitor children during outdoor playtime and ensure their safety.
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to maintain a clean and organized environment.

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in nannying, childcare, or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques for young children.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom of students.
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Experience working with children with special needs or in a special education setting is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
