Assistant Daycare Teacher – Kids Castle Daycare (Fort Wayne)
Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
Kids Castle Daycare in Fort Wayne is looking for a caring, reliable Assistant Teacher to support our classrooms and help create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our children. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about working with young children and growing in early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities
• Help supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
• Support implementation of age-appropriate learning activities
• Help with feeding, diapering, and maintaining cleanliness
• Maintain a positive and nurturing environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and parents

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children preferred
• Passion for early childhood development
• Dependable, patient, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass background check and drug test
