Daycare Director/ lead teacher

• Hire, engage and develop a team of “best in class” childcare educators
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best childcare and education for their children
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
• Leverage your business, sales, and marketing savvy to growEducation’s presence in the community, leading to the growth of new families and children in our childcare centers.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain

-Proficient use of technology including Microsoft Office suite

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management
• Plan, develop, schedule, and/or provide in-service training and evaluation of child care staff.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
