Daycare Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for children in our daycare facility. This role requires a love for working with young children, as well as the ability to engage them in age-appropriate activities that promote their development and learning.

Duties

• Educate and care for children in a safe and supportive environment.
• Plan and implement daily activities that encourage learning through play.
• Provide toddler care, ensuring each child's individual needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Keep records of children's development and behavior, providing feedback to parents as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience working with students in a daycare or childcare setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with first aid procedures and emergency protocols is essential.
• Experience in caregiving or nannying is a plus, particularly with toddlers.
• A background in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
