Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children, understands child development, and can create a supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and positive social interaction.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activitiesWe are seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children, understands child development, and can create a supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and positive social interaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play
Maintain open and professional communication with families and staff
Follow all daycare policies and state licensing regulations
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff members
Qualifications
- Must meet teacher qualification requirements under DCFS standards
- Cleared background check through DCFS
- Previous experience in a daycare or early childhood education setting required
Reliable, patient, and nurturing personality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
