Daycare Teacher /Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Daycare Driver to ensure the safe and timely transportation of children to and from school facilities. Responsibilities

• Safely operate vehicles to transport children between designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles, checking for mechanical issues, safety equipment, and cleanliness before each trip.
• Follow scheduled routes precisely while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Assist children with boarding and exiting vehicles, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate logs of children on your route.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members regarding schedules or any delays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a daycare setting
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record going back 3 years.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with children, parents, and team members.
• Experience with route driving or school bus driving is highly desirable.
• Must be at least 25 years old.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
