DB Room Operator – Crusher Plant

We are looking for an experienced DB Room (Control Room) Operator for crusher plant operations in the UAE. The candidate will operate and monitor plant equipment from the control room and support operations with basic Industrial electrical knowledge to ensure safe and efficient production.

Location: UAE ( Fujairah )

JOB DUTIES:

• Operate and monitor crusher plant operations from the DB/Control Room
• Control crushers, conveyors, screens, feeders, and related equipment
• Monitor control panels, PLC/SCADA systems, and plant alarms
• Coordinate with field operators and maintenance teams
• Identify electrical faults such as tripping, overloads, and panel alarms
• Perform basic electrical checks (switches, breakers, indicators, panels)
• Ensure plant operations follow safety and production standards
• Maintain daily production and operational reports
• Report breakdowns, abnormalities, or safety issues immediately

Requirements:

• High School OR Diploma .
• 2–3 years relevant experience in crusher plant Operations.
• Must have Basic Industrial electrical knowledge
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of crusher plant process and safety procedures
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work in shifts
