Plant Manager - Operations (PMV)

Role Description: Oversee the Assets & Plant Department daily operations, ensuring that all processes run reliably and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge on ERP system for PMV.
• Analyze and provide support related to PMV as per Project requirement in a timely manner.
• Implement effective cost control measures to improve PMV Operations and achieve the budget.
• Supervise PMV utilization to ensure optimal utilization of Plant PMV.
• Thorough monitoring and provide support to all Azizi projects.
• Provide Technical and Commercial support related to High‐rise, Earthmoving Equipment as required by Estimation and Proposals/ Technical Department.
• Attend meetings related with Technical Dept., Estimation Dept., Planning Dept. and Cost Control Dept. to finalize the proposed HRE & PMV aligned to construction methodology.
• Ensure an effective Management Reporting System.
• Monitoring of KPI by ensuring that PMV operations comply with the required Safety, Health & Environmental Standards for Plant and all Satellite Workshops.
• Analyze and submit the detailed plan & elevation along with technical summary of proposed PMV.
• Provide technical inputs and support related to PMV within Projects.
• Guide the Sr. Plant Engineers / Plant Engineers for proper work plan, scheduling and execution of PMV activities on site and satellite workshops.
• Carry out evaluation, training and appraisal of PMV Staff.
• Perform ocular inspection on Projects for the safe utilization of PMV and mainly prior to the erection, operation and dismantling of PMV at safely approach
• Ensure the proper execution of maintenance schedule for PMV.
• Supervise the Inventory, logistic and yard maintenance for PMV.
• Ensure to fulfill the manpower requirement within the plant workshops as per demand.
