Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end factory operations, including production planning and execution
• Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, cost, and timelines
• Manage factory workforce, including supervisors, technicians, and labor
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and machinery effectively
• Monitor production schedules and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and labor laws
• Maintain quality control standards and implement corrective actions when required
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and logistics for material availability
• Monitor machine maintenance and ensure minimum downtime
• Control production costs and reduce material wastage
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
