Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to outlet standards.
  • Supervise Commis staff and guide them through daily food preparation tasks.
  • Ensure proper mise-en-place is completed before each shift.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the assigned section.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and consistency during service.
  • Ensure correct stock rotation (FIFO) and maintain required par levels.
  • Coordinate with the Chef de Partie (CDP) and Sous Chef for daily operations and menu execution.
  • Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in kitchen operations (UAE experience mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene standards, and kitchen coordination.
  • Willing to work in any Nolu’s branch within UAE.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
