Debt Collection Clerk

McKenry Dancigers Dawson is a small civil litigation law firm in Virginia Beach seeking a Post-Judgment Collection Clerk for its subrogation practice. Position can be full-time or part-time. No prior experience in debt collection required - only a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Duties include:

• Contact individuals via telephone, email, or mail to notify them of delinquent payment status and demand payment.
• Locate individuals by researching public records, credit reports, and social media to update contact information.
• Review reports, identify delinquent accounts, and update accounts.
• Receive phone calls, input payments, and update records.
• Complete garnishment forms.
