Decorative Painter (Commission-Based)

We are a custom furniture workshop looking for a talented artist or illustrator to create unique, original drawings and artwork directly applied to furniture pieces.

The work will vary from artistic illustrations to themed and conceptual designs, tailored to each custom order.

What You’ll Do

• Create original, hand-drawn or painted artwork on furniture surfaces
• Translate concepts, themes, or references into custom designs
• Collaborate with our design and production team
• Adapt artwork to different materials and furniture types

Requirements

• Proven artistic skill (illustration, painting, or mixed media)
• Ability to produce original, non-replicated designs
• Experience working on physical surfaces (wood, panels, furniture, or similar) is a plus
• Strong sense of composition, creativity, and detail
• Reliable, deadline-focused, and professional

Compensation

• Commission-based (paid per completed piece or project)
• Rates agreed in advance per design or furniture item
