Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the delegate sales strategy for all assigned events.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of delegate sales executives to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
  • Identify key audience segments and implement effective outreach and engagement campaigns.
  • Generate delegate registrations through outbound calls, emails, and digital marketing collaboration.
  • Develop compelling value propositions tailored to specific delegate profiles.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns for lead generation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of event topics, industry trends, and competitor events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Assist with on-site event registration and attendee support when required.

Reporting and administration:

  • Monitor and report on delegate sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, lead tracking, and progress reporting via CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Prepare post-event reports with performance analysis and delegate feedback.
  • Manage the sales calendar, team KPIs, and weekly performance meetings.
  • Work with finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
