Delivery boy/ Rider

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Food Delivery Riders. As a vital member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of food orders to customers. If you enjoy the freedom of the open road, have excellent time management skills, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Timely and Safe Delivery:
• Pick up food orders from the restaurant and ensure their safe transportation to customers' locations.
• Adhere to assigned delivery schedules and timeframes.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
• Communicate with customers professionally and handle inquiries or concerns effectively.
• Navigation and Route Optimization:
• Navigate efficiently using GPS or maps to optimize delivery routes.
• Ensure familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns to minimize delivery time.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
• Adherence to Safety Standards:
• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while on the road.
• Use safety equipment, such as helmets and reflective gear, as required.
• Documentation:
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery and any customer feedback.
• Report any issues or incidents promptly to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License:
• Depending on the mode of transportation, a valid driver's license may be required.
• Own Vehicle:
• This position may require riders to use their own vehicle
• Time Management Skills:
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery deadlines.
• Excellent Communication Skills:
• Clear and professional communication with customers and team members.
• Customer Service Orientation:
• A friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Physical Fitness:
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying food orders.
