Delivery Consultant – Pre-Owned Cars

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery process for pre-owned cars.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation (RC transfer, insurance, warranty, service records, etc.) is complete and accurate before handover.
• Conduct final vehicle inspection (cleanliness, detailing, accessories, and functionality check) before delivery.
• Provide a comprehensive vehicle handover experience — explaining car features, warranty, and after-sales services to customers.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.
• Handle customer queries or concerns during delivery and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update delivery records and customer feedback reports in the CRM system.
• Assist in vehicle registration, insurance coordination, and other logistical tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Any stream). Diploma in Automotive/Marketing is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in the pre-owned car industry (delivery, sales, or customer experience roles preferred).
• Strong understanding of vehicle documentation and RTO processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• A valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
