Delivery Director - Commercial Office (CO106)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Delivery Director for our Commercial Office projects. This critical leadership role involves overseeing the full project delivery lifecycle to ensure that the commercial office developments meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and sustainability.

The Delivery Director will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with key stakeholders, and manage all aspects of delivery from design through construction to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of commercial office projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to develop and implement efficient delivery strategies
• Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and quality assurance processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices across all project phases
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, status meetings, and reporting
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships to optimize collaboration and performance
• Provide regular, clear, and detailed updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Support sustainability initiatives to reflect Qiddiya's commitment to environmental responsibility within commercial projects
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• At least 12 years of experience in project delivery within commercial office or similar real estate sectors
• Proven leadership experience managing large, complex construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
