Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead with over 7 years of experience in software development and project delivery, with strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies . The Delivery Lead will oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage client engagements, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of GenAI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is travel-ready, an excellent communicator, and capable of bridging business needs with technical execution .

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
  

• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
  

• Provide technical leadership in Python-based development and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering).
  

• Oversee AI/ML solution architecture, model integration, and deployment pipelines .
  

• Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices in Python, AI frameworks, and delivery management .
  

• Ensure seamless communication between business and technical teams, managing risks and dependencies.
  

• Be travel-ready for client workshops, project kickoffs, and on-site delivery support.
  

• Contribute to pre-sales activities , proposal preparation, and client presentations when required.
  

  
  

• 7+ years of experience in software delivery and technical leadership roles.
  

• Strong expertise in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning, APIs) .
  

• Proven experience in managing client relationships, delivery roadmaps, and cross-functional teams .
  

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deployment practices.
  

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills .
  

• Travel-ready for client interactions and on-site engagements.
  

  
  

• Experience in MLOps/LLMOps pipelines .
  

• Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, speech) .
  

• Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery role .
