Delivery Manager - Food and Beverage

Job Title: Online Delivery & Aggregator Manager – F&B Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Nationality Requirement: Arab Nationals Only Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Online Delivery & Aggregator Manager to oversee and grow our F&B brand’s presence across leading online food delivery platforms in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing aggregator relationships, optimizing digital delivery operations, and driving online sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations across all online food delivery aggregators (e.g., HungerStation, Jahez, Talabat, etc.) Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and brand visibility are accurate and up to date on all platforms Monitor and improve key metrics such as order volume, delivery efficiency, customer ratings, and fulfillment times Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery workflows Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregator account managers to negotiate visibility campaigns and exclusive promotions Identify opportunities for growth through online platforms and implement sales-boosting initiatives Analyze platform performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve operations Resolve escalated issues related to online orders, delays, or customer complaints promptly and effectively

Requirements:

Arab Nationality is mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields 3–7 years of experience in online delivery operations or aggregator management in the F&B industry Deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian food delivery ecosystem Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Tech-savvy with experience using aggregator dashboards and reporting tools Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English
