Delivery Rider

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Rider to join our team. The Delivery Rider will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of bakery items—including cakes, pastries, savory goods, and other food products—to customers and outlets. This role requires exceptional reliability, strong navigation skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service, ensuring that each delivery reflects the high standards of Hobnob.

Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly deliver bakery items to customers, outlets, or designated locations.
• Handle cakes and delicate items with care to maintain product quality and presentation.
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently using maps or GPS systems.
• Collect payments (if applicable) and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and outlet teams to coordinate delivery schedules.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while on the road.
• Ensure food items remain fresh and intact during delivery by using insulated delivery boxes.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries.
• Report any delays, issues, or concerns to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• Valid motorcycle driving license issued by the relevant Pakistani authorities.
• Proven experience as a delivery rider (preferably in the food, courier, or hospitality industry).
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and neighborhoods in designated delivery areas.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual, and disciplined with a commitment to high-quality service.
• Good communication skills in Urdu; basic proficiency in English preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
