Delivery Rider

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Rider to join our logistics or food delivery team. As a Delivery Rider, you will be responsible for picking up orders from vendors or restaurants and delivering them to customers promptly, safely, and with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver food, parcels, or goods to customers in a timely manner.
• Verify order details and ensure accuracy before leaving the pickup location.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS or delivery apps to follow assigned routes.
• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collect payments (if applicable) and provide receipts.
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety standards at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the delivery vehicle or bike.
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to supervisors.

• Requirements:
• Valid driver's license (for motorbike or car) and a clean driving record.
• Own a functional vehicle/bike in good working condition.
• Familiarity with local routes and neighborhoods.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift small packages or bags.
• Punctual, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
