Product Delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver dairy products to customers, including residential and commercial addresses.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.

Customer Interaction

• Greet customers professionally and courteously during deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries or concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Product Handling

• Ensure that dairy products are handled with care to maintain freshness and quality during transit.
• Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Operate the delivery vehicle responsibly and in compliance with traffic regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, tire pressure, cleanliness) and report maintenance needs promptly.

Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations throughout the delivery process.
