The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery operations, ensuring that goods are delivered accurately, on time, and in excellent condition. This role coordinates between warehouse, outbound, and delivery teams while managing drivers and third-party couriers to meet customer expectations and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

Coordinate with outbound and warehouse teams to schedule deliveries according to SOPs and customer priorities.

Assign delivery tasks to drivers or third-party couriers and ensure all required documentation is prepared prior to dispatch.

Monitor delivery progress to ensure on-time completion, good condition of goods, and collection of proof of delivery (POD), ensuring PODs are submitted to the collection team.

Handle and resolve delivery-related issues, including customer complaints, delays, failed deliveries, or damaged goods.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including exceptions and incidents.

Support continuous improvement initiatives for delivery processes and team efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

2–5 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or operations management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to handle delivery-related issues promptly.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams, drivers, couriers, and customers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with delivery management or logistics software.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries and priorities.
