Job Description:
Responsibilities
Creating sales development plans and being responsible for their implementation;
Analyzing, monitoring, and establishing collaboration opportunities with company customers in line with the sales strategy;
Managing and organizing a team and creating team development plans;
Building and developing effective relationships with partners and acquiring new partners;
Representing and presenting Ingram Micro's business at internal and external events, conferences, and other activities;
Expectations
At least 10 years of management and team management experience;
Very good command of English;
Knowledge of the local market and partner network;
Excellent organizational and project management skills;
High level of independence and initiative in proposing solutions;
