Dell Field Service Engineer ( Saudi onsite )

Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

  • Conduct weekly comprehensive system diagnostics, verify operational status of hardware/software components, and review system logs and alerts to preemptively address issues.

  • Coordinate and perform firmware upgrades on-site, ensuring minimal disruption.

  • Backup critical configurations and data, validate post-upgrade functionality, and document upgrade activities.

  • Identify and replace faulty CRUs, ensuring all replacements follow Dell’s best practices. Test and validate components and maintain records for inventory tracking.

  • Provide on-site support for critical customer operations and urgent out-of-standard requests, including after-hours support.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems support, technical troubleshooting, and diagnostics.

  • Strong understanding of hardware/software systems, particularly Dell products.

  • Dell Certification is a must
