Analyst - Organization, Workforce & Change


Workforce Strategies – Workforce Planning and Talent Strategies


You will focus on increasing the business impact and optimizing the Talent/HR function of the client organizations, ranging across the talent/HR gamut covering aspects of work, workforce and workplace. Examples of areas of work can Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Skill-based organizations as well as Workforce Planning. In this role, you will support multiple types of Workforce Strategies & Workforce Development Advisory projects which are designed to meet strategic business objectives and goals, such as:

  • Workforce Plan, strategy and design
  • Talent and HR strategies
  • Talent program Design, supporting org design and governance design
  • Current State assessments and gap analysis
  • Talent transformation strategy and roadmap development
  • Workforce experience design
  • Research and benchmarking around best practices in Talent Strategies area
  • Use of Data models for Talent and workforce planning decision making
  • Talent strategy, execution and operations
  • Talent/Workforce Strategy design based on skills
  • Workforce Ecosystems
  • Workforce Planning, Strategy, Access and Analytics
  • Develop data-driven solutions and insights for talent/workforce planning

The Human Capital Offering Portfolio focuses on helping organizations manage and sustain their performance through their most important asset: their people. Centered on five core issues, this Portfolio signifies to the market that we see Human Capital as a topic critical to the C-Suite. As we go-to-market we will show our clients that we serve more than HR organizations – from the CEO to CFO, Risk Manager to Business Unit leader—and that we deliver on our issues and help create value for our clients.


Organization, Workforce & Change


Organization, Workforce & Change begins with bringing together all solutions that serve the workforce lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to designing engaging talent solutions that helps our clients build a future-focused, adaptable, and predictive talent programs, organizations and culture. It also focuses on evaluating and implementing the talent technology stacks and building the most effective strategy to support performance.


Qualifications


Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry or a consulting team-oriented environment in an advisory role within Talent Strategies/Workforce Planning
