Role Description

Mountainise Inc. is seeking a full-time Demand Generation Specialist to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing campaigns to increase lead generation, analyzing marketing performance metrics, managing marketing automation platforms, and collaborating with sales teams to optimize conversion rates. You will play a key role in developing innovative strategies that drive measurable results.


Responsibilities

  • Execute B2B demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and pipeline growth
  • Plan and manage inbound marketing strategies including SEO content, blogs, landing pages, and gated assets
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads targeting B2B audiences
  • Create and manage lead nurturing journeys aligned with B2B buyer stages using email and marketing automation
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead quality, MQL delivery, and funnel alignment
  • Analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, CAC, and lead quality to improve ROI
  • Support account-based and persona-driven campaigns for targeted outreach
  • Stay updated on B2B marketing trends, tools, and buyer behavior


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B demand generation or inbound marketing
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing funnels, long sales cycles, and lead qualification
  • Experience with paid media, content-led growth, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar is a plus)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with US or international B2B markets is mandatory
