A day in the life:

Join our dynamic team as a Manager of Demand Planning! Lead an energetic team of planners to craft precise demand forecasts and seamlessly collaborate with key departments. Dive into the challenges of analyzing customer and vendor demands while implementing innovative strategies to meet these demands efficiently. Harness the full potential of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system to elevate decision-making processes. The impact you'll make:

  • Lead, support and manage a team of demand planners to ensure forecast accuracy and effective collaboration across business partners.
  • Develop and manage demand forecasts using advanced planning software to ensure alignment with sales initiatives and market trends.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather data, understand market dynamics, and adjust forecasts accordingly.
  • Fully leverage the IBP system functions, including Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and alerts, to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to demand planning and supply chain management.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities. Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to enhance forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on demand forecasts and supply chain performance to management.

Who you are:

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of
  • - Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management practices and procedures
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process flow
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Experience with IBP systems, including KPI and alert functions familiarity.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated salary of $97,500 - $130,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
