Job Requirements

• Graduate with 8–14 years of experience in Demand Planning, SCM, and Outward Logistics
• Mandatory: Experience in the FMCG industry only
• Strong expertise in managing E-commerce and Quick Commerce partners
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and supply chain

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Manage outward logistics and coordination with warehouses and distribution partners
• Drive supply chain efficiency and improve service levels across channels
• Handle demand alignment for E-commerce & Quick Commerce platforms
• Monitor KPIs, analyze demand trends, and support business growth initiatives
