Role Summary:

This role will manage the demand planning activities related to export markets, including S&OP process, cross-functional engagement for the effective delivery of overall business objectives against budget, service level and product freshness. The demand planning Jr. manager will ensure the continuous evolution of Jamjoom’s statistical based insights with proper tools, systems and implementations for the maximum performance of the organization

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing TM Sales plan in liaise with TMS Forecast.
  • Arrange and confirm net value in accordance with budget and alignment with sales team.
  • Ensure proper Market wise priority & quota allocation of supply constraints as well as demand surge in liaise with demand & supply planning.
  • Ensure proper TM Sales plan phasing across rolling 3 Months firmed horizon.
  • Improve Forecast Accuracy.
  • Monitor forecast versus actual sales analysis to identify gaps and reasons behind driving continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with commercial teams and supply planning to align Pre SOP Sales Plan while addressing Plan execution changes & demand fluctuations.
  • Highlighting sales orders requirements for the export market, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Act as central point of communication between JP sales and factory Team for demand and supply related matters.
  • Manage distributor inventory (Stock in Trade), ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing out-of-stock situations in liaise with the Production Planning team.
  • Contribute to the budget and latest forecast (LF) setting processes, aligning with business objectives.
  • Provide valuable input for the Demand Review Meetings, presenting insights and recommendations based on data analysis & Market intelligence.
  • Leading the monthly supply (Pre-SOP meeting) with sales team.
  • Lead projects as needed .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field .
  • 6-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • SAP IBP experience is mandated, six sigma and analytical background is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
