Role Purpose:
To lead the end-to-end demand planning process by developing accurate and reliable daily, weekly, monthly, and annual S&OP Process across all channels, regions, and product hierarchies, to ensure alignment between Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and relevant stakeholders
Job Accountabilities

Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual demand forecasts by channel, region, location, SKU, size, and flavors.

Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.

Support SAP performance, diagnostics, auditing, and improvement across supply chain functions

Analyze historical demand data, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and new product launches to build robust demand plans.

Apply and continuously refine statistical forecasting models and demand planning tools.

Monitor CFR, OOS, Cancellations, Deletions, and other KPIs performance and continuously improve.

Align demand plans with sales ambitions, marketing initiatives, financial budgets, and supply constraints.

Ensure demand plans are realistic, feasible, and aligned with production capacity and inventory policies.

Identify and monitor slow-moving and obsolete (SLOB) items, highlighting risks and recommending corrective actions.

Track demand risks, gaps, and opportunities, escalating issues proactively.

Prepare and present forecast assumptions, scenarios, and risks to management and S&OP forums.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
Qualification & Experience

5–8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Commercial Planning

Proven experience in SAP implementation, auditing, problem-solving, and execution

Proven experience in multi-SKU, multi-channel FMCG environments

Hands-on involvement in S&OP cycles and executive reviews

Exposure to forecasting at SKU / size / flavor level is strongly preferred
