Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Demi Chef de Partie to contribute to our kitchen's success and delight our guests with exceptional cuisine.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations for your assigned section
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to our restaurant's standards and recipes
  • Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation across all dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of dishes
  • Contribute creative ideas for menu development and improvement
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfaction
