We are looking for a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. The role requires preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, assisting the Chef de Partie, and maintaining high culinary and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on cooking expertise, the ability to work independently on assigned sections, and the professionalism to serve within a prestigious and high-profile household.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in running a all section of the kitchen.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure food is prepared in line with recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
  • Supervise and guide Commis chefs and kitchen helpers in daily tasks.
  • Contribute to menu planning, mise-en-place, and smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the section as per HACCP standards.
  • Monitor stock rotation and assist in minimizing food wastage.
  • Support special events, banquets, and high-profile occasions as required.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and respect for the privacy of the Royal Family.
