As Demi Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:
Support the Kitchen operation
Oversee all food preparation of the Vietnamese Restaurant
Consistently deliver and maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards
Ensure kitchen equipments are well maintained and operational
Assist in maximising profitability

We are looking for someone who:
Has Diploma / Certification in Culinary or equivalent
Is passionate, creative and attention to detail
Enjoys interacting with people
Must have experience working in either a Vietnamese Restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
Is a self-starter and a teamplayer
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
Is willing to work shifts
